Originally from the Bahamas, Sands brings a strong athletic pedigree and passion for racquet sports to the Conquer Padel network. A former collegiate tennis player at Georgia Southern University and an active padel player, Sands is well-positioned to grow the sport and deliver a world-class club experience.
He will lead development of multiple Conquer Padel locations across Orlando, Jacksonville, and Tampa, Florida — high-growth markets that play a critical role in the future expansion of padel in the United States.
