Jacksonville, FL — July 10, 2026 — Conquer Padel is excited to announce the signing of a lease for its newest club location at 8313 Baycenter Road, Jacksonville, Florida. The announcement signifies the arrival of the area's first indoor padel facility.
The new facility will serve as a premier indoor padel destination for Northeast Florida and will feature 5 indoor padel courts, 30-foot ceilings, a full fitness gym, a recovery area with saunas and cryotherapy, a coffee and smoothie bar, a full-service bar, member lounges, corporate meeting and event spaces, a pro shop, and an elevated mezzanine viewing area.
Padel is widely considered the world's fastest-growing sport. According to the 2026 Global Padel Report by Playtomic, there are now over 19 million players worldwide, with a new club opening, on average, every 90 minutes globally.
The Jacksonville club is being developed by franchise owners Matthew Sands and Justin Flynn, who have also secured Conquer Padel territories in Tampa and Orlando, demonstrating their commitment to expanding the sport throughout Florida.
Our vision is to create much more than a padel club. We are building a premier health, wellness, and social destination that brings people together through sport, fitness, recovery, and community.
Jacksonville has a strong racket sports culture with thriving tennis and pickleball communities, which makes it an ideal market for padel. We're excited to introduce the area's first dedicated indoor padel facility and provide another opportunity for people to stay active, connect with others, and experience one of the fastest-growing sports in the world.
The redevelopment of the Baycenter Road property will bring new energy and activity to the area while introducing a unique recreational and social amenity to Jacksonville residents. Once completed, the club will offer programming for players of all skill levels, including leagues, clinics, lessons, social events, corporate gatherings, and wellness-focused experiences.
The Jacksonville location marks the first step in a broader expansion strategy for Sands and Flynn, who are also preparing to bring Conquer Padel to the Tampa and Orlando markets.
Additional information regarding memberships, construction updates, and opening timelines will be released as development progresses.
